LOADRITE Work Machine Weighing System

They are designed for work machines like diggers, excavators, forklifts and they provide weighing during loading process of the material. The main components of the system are pressure transducers mounted to hydraulic system, level/angle measurement sensors, weight indicator mounted to the cabinet and optional printer. They can be applied to any brands/models and provide high sensitivity between 0.2%-1%. %. They enable filling desired amount of material to the truck.

Laser reader was used in ATS’s previous version. Now, mifare card reader which can touchlessly read data started to be used. Cards used in the system are industrial type and they have 2KB memory where desired data can be kept.
