Pit Type Truck Scale
The Pit Type Truck Scales are the preference of the enterprises where the vehicle movements are intensive and have insuffi cient place. They occupy less area through their installation in the pit, opened in the ground, and facilitate the vehicle entries and exits by widening the maneuvering area of the vehicles. The service procedures are carried out by entering in the pit through the manhole over the platform and a smooth service is provided without any problems for long years by a sound drainage system. They are produced in steel structure at different dimensions and capacities.
The most important factor in their designs is their strong static structures and resistance. The platform structures containing steel materials at a quality of ST44 and high cross-section carrying beams guarantee their operations without any problems under heavy industrial conditions such as cement, construction and ironsteel and so on.
They can easily be demountable and re-mountable from their places
along with the simple installation opportunity by means of their
standardized manufacturing methods and modular structures.
Truck scales are equipped by the Load-Cells that are in conformity with the international OIML standards and of which performance is proved, in a number according to their dimensions and capacities. The management of the weighbridges carried out by the Digital Compact Weighing Terminal and effectuated by useful and reliable weighing and reporting procedures through the up-to-date software opportunities.
Truck Scales Load Cells
Truck scales are the weighing devices operating under diffi cult external fi eld conditions and heavy service terms. The load-cells that are the most important measurement component of the scale are selected in specifi cations due to be operational at such conditions.
Their stainless steel structures provide assurance against environmental conditions and corrosive substances. The body protections with hermetic welding and hermetic cable input fi ttings (sleeves) support the IP68 protection class and ensures their operation even under water without any problem. IP69K protection enables it to be washed up by pressurized water. They are not affected by sudden and major forces that may come out during vehicle movements by means of their superior geometries, specially developed for the Vehicle Scales. There is no requirement any corner adjustment by means of their standardized outputs guarantee a correct measurement at every point, they also minimize the installation and services in this respect. The advanced technology provides assurance against integrated excessive voltage, protection circuits, lighting and voltage shocks. High excessive load safety limits tolerate the vehicle loads and movements and give opportunity for operation for years without any problem.
