Control scales are designed to weigh products, packages and cargo goods on the conveyor lines. They are used to weigh, control, classify, count and record the products and packages in Food, chemistry, metal, carriage, logistics, building and similar sectors.

Control scales installed on the conveyor lines perform both static and dynamic weighing. They save labor and time by using roll, belt and chain type conveyors with respect to requirements of the material and the system.

Control scales are especially projected and manufactured in different shapes, dimensions and capacities appropriate to product / package features, application types and usage objectives. They have the additional options including entrance/exit conveyors to control products, product separation units to pick products from the line, voiced and lighted warning systems to inform the operator for the products out of limits, special belts, printer to print reports, touch screen terminal for recording / reporting applications and custom software with respect to customer requirements.

Touch-Operated Weighing Terminal

Müşteri istekleri doğrultusunda tasarlanmış ve birçok tartım uygulamasında kullanılabilen dokunmatik ekranlı tartı terminalidir. CP100 modeli özellikle endüstriyel uygulamalar için tasarlanmıştır. Tartım sisteminde tartım işlemleri 15" dokunmatik(Touch Screen) ekranı aracılığıyla operatör tarafından kontrol edilir. 4 Kanal USB, 1 x RS232 Seri data çıkışı standart özelliklerindendir. Yine standart olarak sunulan 10/100 BaseT Ethernet ile Network ağına bağlanabilir. Baskül ve Platform Kantarı uygulamaları için tartım, fiş, etiket ve raporlama olanağı sağlayan WinLabel Touch programı standart olarak sunulmaktadır. Uygulamalarınızın gerektirdiği özel yazılım veya donanım imkanı sağlanabilir.
