Coriolis Type Silo Scale – Mass Flow Meter
Coriolis flow meters are designed to measure flow of the dust and granule materials affected by the gravity. They are mainly used in mine, construction, food, energy, steel and iron industries. They are used to load desired amount of materials to the vehicles beside to measuring amount of feeded materials during manufacturing processes in grinders, owens, filling and jewel establishments.
Coriolis flow meters provide good results for pouring materials up to 10mm size owing to their patented superior design. They can be used in tight areas as well because of its structure mounted to vertical axis. They prevent entry and exit of dust thanks to its fully closed construction. They save energy and reduce maintenance costs by feeding mills and owens with optimum amount during manufacturing processes.They also incrase product quality during filling processes and accelerate consignment processes by loding the vehicles with a desired amount of materials.
Coriolis flow meters can be painted or staintess steel with respect to material type and workshop environment. They have special turbine option for abrading materials, heat protection option for hot materials and by-pass line option for easy maintenance.
