The Fixed Axle Scales are used for the determination of the axle weights and load limits of vehicles. It is possible to install them on a sound, fl at and smooth concrete ground in a short period of time and low cost owing to its platform covering a limited space.

They present two weighing options such as Static Weighing when the vehicles bring their axles on the weighing platform and stop there and Dynamic Weighing when they pass over the weighing platform within the speed limits.

The weighing values may be followed up from the reports’ screen, registered at their values and documented from the printer. The weighing slip contains the date-hour, weighing number, plate number of vehicle, number and order of axles and separate weights of every axle respectively and general total.

Special software options, designed for requirement, along with the additiona. equipment options such as the sensor system perceiving the vehicle types and specifi cations, traffi c lights and barriers to direct the vehicle traffi c, External Indicators for remote reading of weighing results by the drivers, Card Weighing Terminals enabling the drivers to carry out the weighing procedures on their own, systems ensuring the recognition of the vehicle/plate number automatically and so on.

It is used in the truck scales and platform-type scales in order to make the weight seen from a distance. It has standard 6 digits and a red led indicator and includes a wall connector apparatus.

Automatic Truck Identifier System

It is specifically designed for the truck scales used in rapid weighing. It enables the information about the customer, truck etc. to be introduced to the system automatically without the need for the driver to get out of the truck and weighing to be done without the operator. The automatic truck Identifier system includes an LCD screen that enables communication with the driver and has two different models that read barcode or touch card. It can be assembled to the scale entry or weighing room according to the application place and shape.
